We are very proud and pleased to welcome championship dancer, Paul Warden, to ThinQFitness. Paul began his dance career at 19, competing in Line and Country Couples Dance. He was unbeaten in Line Dance (2000 – 2004) in the UK, Europe and the USA, ultimately going on to win two World Championship titles.
He discovered West Coast Swing whilst competing in the States and immediately developed a passion for it. He now teaches and competes with his partner, Catriona Wiles in World Championship Competitions. Check out his website, www.westcoastswing.co.uk for some fantastic and inspirational dance footage.

- Proudest moment
Winning two World Championship titles
Another nu-line routine from Paul. One track choreography, easy to follow and low level, which is taught in a traditional line dance style to every corner of the room. Have fun and enjoy your workout.
It is a low intensity workout with beginner to intermediate choreography taught to one particular track.
Nu Line is taught to all four corners of the room so Paul teaches with his back to the camera in some places to make those directional changes easier to follow.
