Bio

Kari is a multi-talented and thorough Presenter. She was trained by top professionals in the industry while living in Canada.  We are delighted she now lives in the UK and shares some of her extensive knowledge with our members through her 14 years of experience.

Kari works full-time alongside her fitness classes, showing us how a passion can be taken to another level. She believes that fitness adds years to your life and life to your years.

Kari teaches a variety of classes outside of the Spinning program including Boot Camp, Body Conditioning, Aqua Fit, Reformer Pilates & Athletic Yoga. She is an avid off-piste downhill skier, sprint distance Triathlete & tennis player.

Description


Bounce around and have fun while getting fit at the same time with another of Kari's rebounder workouts.

Even Kari admits that this class is challenging to say the least! A sure way to improve your cardio fitness and burn plenty of calories.

Please be careful jumping at home as the heights of ceilings do vary and Kari obviously can jump higher because she is in a studio. Please be mindful of your safety and the safety of others at all times. Please be especially careful when stepping off and on to the rebounder during the class, take your time if it's a new movement to you.

    Thanks Sherri! I was SO TIRED when I finished filming this, but it was so much fun. What an intense workout. I agree, I can't stand the 'dancing classes' on the tramp...not nearly as challenging. So, so glad you loved it. Cheers, Kari :)
