Tristan has been working full time in the professional football arena for 12 years now. After studying for his degree in Sports Industry Management and Football Studies he opted for a coaching career with Wycombe Wanderers where he stayed for a year and then came the call from Reading FC where he spent 8 years working as an Academy Coach.

He has worked under the guidance of some fantastic coaches and managers, the likes of Steve Coppell, Brendan Rogers, Alan Pardew, Nas Bashir and Geoff Warner to name just a few. His journey up the coaching ladder from the Community Programme to Centre of Excellence Director for Girls, working with the Academy boys at Reading from u8 to u16 then on to Academy Director at the John Madejski Academy where he oversees a team of 8 staff and a group of 26 scholars.

Tristan was also a regional director for globally renowned Coerver Coaching before setting up Tactic Football. Tristan is also the first team football coach at the most prestigious school in the World, Eton College. He has his UEFA A licence in coaching and is currently assistant manager of Hayes and Yeading United in the Blue Square Premier League.

Tristan has worked with some fantastic young players in his 12 years of coaching, many of whom are now playing International Football and are within the professional game themselves.


Introducing the first of a series of workouts taught by Tristan and football professional Tom Collins.

This a great fun workout with loads of new and original ideas to challenge you. If you are an amateur footballer or coach or even someone who enjoys circuit type classes but is looking for something totally different then try this.

The workout is aimed at improving your speed and quality of movement, it's certainly hard cardio as well.
