When she began practicing yoga in 1995, Tracy had no idea that the study and practice of yoga would become her life's passion. Tracy began teaching yoga as a hobby in 2002 while successfully running her own independent record label and managing artists. Within 6 years of certification as a Yoga Teacher, she has given up this glamourous life for something much better. Tracy teaches full time in central London.

Believing that yoga is accessible to all fitness levels from many perspectives, Tracy is focussed on helping those who want to know more about themselves mentally, physically and emotionally, she believes "awareness of ourself is the great healer. Everything seems to fall into place when we know truly how we feel inside our bodies".

Tracy's compassionate and focussed teaching style communicates easily to her students, her passion is for "existential bridges", the space between one moment to the next. Practicing hatha yoga embodies this philosophy in a very tangiable way and shines a light on the "road home", or self realization.

    * Be curious.
    * Stretch your body and your mind.
    * Try a simple Down Dog when you get out of bed. You will probably be inspired to do a few round of Sun Salutations.
    * Eat fruit instead of sweets.

Hatha Yoga also called Hatha Vidya is a system of yoga introduced by Hatha Yoga Pradipika. Hatha Yoga is what most people in the West associate with the word Yoga and is practised for mental and physical health throughout the West.

As many derivatives of Yoga are taught now it is widely accepted that not all will link back to the originator and as such this form of movement is now widely called Dynamic Yoga.

Tracy brings us this second class which we hope you find energising and stimulating. Look out for Tracy's shorter sessions on the site, if you need a post work pick-me-up, or a 10 min meditation session, these are fantastic revivers after a long day.

    a superb Yoga class for beginners. The tough bits were tough and the soothing bits relaxing and the stretches awesome. I've not worked out for 3 months due to poor health and this was a great class, just what I needed. I feel really nice,relaxed and hopefully I can get back into the swing of things. Tracy is a great teacher folks,really knows her stuff with a real gentleness and warmth to her. The hour went by quite quick,I was surprised. :-)
