  • How quickly can I expect a response to my enquiry?

  • Can you tell me why I can't see the videos?

    On a PC, laptop or Android device make sure you have the latest version of Flash loaded, you can check on the Adobe web site Flash Help Page to make sure you are using the latest version. Click here for the Flash Player Help Page

    On an Apple device you may need to reset your device, occasionally different applications conflict with each other. Click here for the Apple help page on resetting.

  • Can you tell me why the video keeps stopping and starting?

    Unfortunately broadband is a shared system. That means if lots of your neighbours are on at the same time your broadband is slower. This is often most noticeable in the early evening when everyone comes home. Those of you out in the wilds may also have slower speeds.

    The web site should work out what the maximum speed of your connection is and deliver the most appropriate video quality for your broadband connection speed. However if this does seem to be causing you issues let us know via the contact page and we will investigate.

  • The video quality seems poor, what can I do about it?

  • Paying without using paypal

    We like paypal, we believe it protects you whilst you are shopping online, and now from the front page of paypal you don't need to setup an account to use it.

    However we understand that not everyone likes that so we are happy to accept online payments, cheques and postal orders for payment of membership fees and shop orders. Please note that we can't process pay-per-video transactions in this way. If you would like to use any of these methods for payment. Just drop us an email or fill in our contact form to let us know and we'll provide you with the information you need.

  • I can't access the videos I've bought?

    During the registration process the system will automatically log you in, if for any reason you have been logged out, you will need to login again to access the videos you purchase or your full membership. You also need to be logged in to pay for videos, membership or items from the shop.

    You should have received an email from us when you registered. If you haven't seen that email, check your spam folder in your email programme.

    If you still can't find it select Forgot Password at the top right in the Sign Up/Sign In drop down menu and request a new password.

    If after all of this you still can't login or access your videos, let us know via the contact page and we'll endeavor to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.

  • How much does it cost and how long can I access the videos for?

    You have three ways to access the videos on the site.

    1) Featured Video - This video changes each week and is always free to access during that week. You can also browse the site and check the sample videos to look at what the class offers.

    2) Rent a video - This allows you to purchase a single video at a low cost, and this give you access to that video for a full calendar month. Your rental then expires and you would need to rent that video again if you wanted to continue to use it.

    Short Videos - £0.49

    Medium Videos - £0.99

    Long Videos - £1.49

     3) Pay for a membership option - This gives you unlimited access to the site and all of the videos. Found in the My Account section, you can subscribe to the site for the period you feel best suits you.

    1 month - £4.99

    3 months - £12.99

    6 months - £23.99

    12 month - £44.99

    The payment is recurring, so you don't have to remember to keep your subscription going. However, if you would like to cancel the subscription, the option to cancel is in Membership Options in My Account. You can cancel at any time and the period you have paid for will continue.

  • Why can't I download your videos?

    We want to provide you with the best experience when working out to our videos. We like the fact you know the music we use, and as you can see some of our presenters can't help but sing along and we'd like you to do the same. However, that means we have to adhere to some rules about how we make that music available as part of our videos.

    We work closely with the music licensing bodies to ensure rights holders are protected and paid for their work. This does mean that we need to clearly report what music is listened to by our members, and that means a streaming service rather than downloads.

  • I can't login, what do I do?

    When you registered you would have provided us with an email address and selected a password. If you have forgotten the password you used to register use the Forgot Password in the Sign Up/Sign In drop down menu at the top right of the home page.

    You will have also received an email to confirm your registration, you should have clicked on the link in that email to confirm your registration. If you didn't do this let us know and we'll fix that for you.

  • Where are your free videos?

    To find our free videos search for free in the Quick Search box.

  • I had a subscription/access to videos on the old site, why don't I have the same on the new site?

    Firstly we apologise if your subscriptions haven't made the transition. Let us know straight away using the contact page and we will fix it for you as soon as we can.

     

  • How do I get rid of the ads on your videos?

    If you either purchase a subscription or pay for an individual video the ads will not play at the start of the video.
