Bio:

Kari is a multi-talented and thorough Presenter. She was trained by top professionals in the industry while living in Canada.  We are delighted she now lives in the UK and shares some of her extensive knowledge with our members through her 14 years of experience.
 
Kari works full-time alongside her fitness classes, showing us how a passion can be taken to another level.  She believes that fitness adds years to your life and life to your years.

Kari teaches a variety of classes outside of the Spinning program including Boot Camp, Body Conditioning, Aqua Fit, Reformer Pilates & Athletic Yoga.  She is an avid off-piste downhill skier, sprint distance Triathlete & tennis player.


Kari’s Tips:

 

  • Drink lots of water.
  • Keep a positive outlook on life.
  • Do whatever you can to continually improve your quality of life (drink less, get more sleep, eat well, exercise more etc).

Description

Kari's abdominal exercise workout video can be a great follow on class to an aerobic session or as an ab exercise session on its own. It works all of the ab muscles and stregthens the core muscles.

 

You will require a mat or towel and an extra towel for head support.

Hi Sarah, yes the plank works your core muscles very thoroughly. Best to build up to this though by starting with your knees on the floor and then progressing tp the full hold when you feel stronger. Tyr and keep your hips up and avoid "sagging" in the middle. let me know how you get on. LC
