Bio:

John is a major international presenter, so we are truly honoured that he has come on board with us here at ThinQ Fitness. He works and presents for leading industry companies, such as, Fit-Pro, Canfitpro, Multitrax and Fit Fantastic. He is also a sponsored presenter with Jumpy Bumpy (a company specialising in education for the fitness industry).

Whilst it has taken many years for John to become such an advanced and skilful choreographer, he can remember how hard choreography can be for those just wanting to have a fun work-out, and it is testament to his skill that he can teach beginners with the same charm and care as his most advanced classes.

John is motivated by seeing you achieve your goals, however big or small, so please, let him make a difference to you, join in with his workout videos (just make sure you choose the appropriate level).

Join John in his blog to find out a bit about how to feel happy and confident.

John’s Tips:

  • There is no quick fix to being fit and healthy; it’s a lifestyle change and not a diet.
  • Exercise should be fun. You will have to try many different forms of exercise until you find the one that suits you best, then it becomes addictive.
  • Get plenty of sleep.

Classes Available: West London GB, Presents at most big fitness conventions in the world

Specialist Areas: Freestyle Choreography Master in Hi Lo and Step

Proudest Moments: Winning “International Presenter of the year 2007” in Toronto, Canada, being the trainer/expert/presenter for the TV show Fat Families, having the respect of my peers and being thought of as a leading International Presenter

Hi Christine, glad you liked my weights workout, there are lots of different weight classes you can try on the site, however, my immediate respose is of course, stey with me and increase you weights, (they are for sale in the shop) and I will be in again soon to film some more advanced classes. However, Lucy has just nudged me in the ribs and said "has she tried Jayne's conditioning classes?", apparantly Jayne may be small but she packs some power into her workouts so do check those out. Go well, John Shehan......xx

Hi John, Enjoyed the weights section of this workout (I do a jog first instead of the warm up) do you have plans to do a similar one but at advanced level. Want to make sure I keep improving but always get more motivated when trying something new. Christine
