Bio:

I am a Group Exercise Co-ordinator/PT Group Exercise Teacher and have been in the industry for 15 years.  I have a huge amount of motivation, experience and knowledge.  I am very passionate and my teaching and love to help and inspire people to reach their fitness goals.

I come from a swimming background  but participated in athletics, gymnastics and netball in my youth.  Sport has always been a way of life for me.  The birth of my twins proved to me that you can, using determination and willpower, achieve the body you want with exercise and a healthy lifestyle.


I believe it’s important to find the right balance in your life, between  work and leisure, and to do things that  make you feel alive and improve your sense of self worth.

Description

This is a great class for strengthening and toning the whole body. 

 

Michelle uses a barbell and dumbbells to teach all the great favourite and basic weight training exercises like squats, chest press and bicep curls. 

 

This is an easy to follow workout with lots of training tips that definitely work.

Hand weights (2kg - 4kg options).

Thanks for the comments. Very similar to body pump yes. Resistance training is great for increasing your lean muscle mass reving up your metabolism and fat burning. Stick with this type of workout 3-4 times a week and combined this with a good clean diet along side cardio fitness and your have a lean sculpted physique!

This is an excellent, time efficient, total body workout. You will see results with this if you stick with it a few times a week.
