Bio:

Kari is a multi-talented and thorough Presenter. She was trained by top professionals in the industry while living in Canada.  We are delighted she now lives in the UK and shares some of her extensive knowledge with our members through her 14 years of experience.
 
Kari works full-time alongside her fitness classes, showing us how a passion can be taken to another level.  She believes that fitness adds years to your life and life to your years.

Kari teaches a variety of classes outside of the Spinning program including Boot Camp, Body Conditioning, Aqua Fit, Reformer Pilates & Athletic Yoga.  She is an avid off-piste downhill skier, sprint distance Triathlete & tennis player.


Kari’s Tips:

 

  • Drink lots of water.
  • Keep a positive outlook on life.
  • Do whatever you can to continually improve your quality of life (drink less, get more sleep, eat well, exercise more etc).

Description

So you have the will and you have told your friends your new year resolutions, now lets get going on the new you. Start the New Year fitness commitment with a total body workout. 

 

Kari shows us how to achieve the toned body you’ve always wanted with a variety of exercises, weights and equipment.  This is a well taught and easy to follow class that’s going to get results and keep you motivated.

Thanks so much Kari, I love this work out and look forward to it every week. I alternate it with several others, and recently increased the weights I use. Totally changed the intensity! I will be trying your pilates videos soon as well, I love your energy!
