Bio:

Kari is a multi-talented and thorough Presenter. She was trained by top professionals in the industry while living in Canada.  We are delighted she now lives in the UK and shares some of her extensive knowledge with our members through her 14 years of experience.
 
Kari works full-time alongside her fitness classes, showing us how a passion can be taken to another level.  She believes that fitness adds years to your life and life to your years.

Kari teaches a variety of classes outside of the Spinning program including Boot Camp, Body Conditioning, Aqua Fit, Reformer Pilates & Athletic Yoga.  She is an avid off-piste downhill skier, sprint distance Triathlete & tennis player.


Kari’s Tips:

 

  • Drink lots of water.
  • Keep a positive outlook on life.
  • Do whatever you can to continually improve your quality of life (drink less, get more sleep, eat well, exercise more etc).

Now we all like a sit down, but next time you are why not think about trying out Kari's band toning exercise class.

 

However, fitness is only part of what we need you to do, the best way to prevent rising levels of fat in the body is by being vigilant about both diet and physical activity levels.

 

We all want to feel healthy and trim, but no-one wants to deprive themselves of all the things they love drinking, eating and doing. In fact, cutting out the things we love often means we don't keep up the changes we make for very long - so any good work we do is easily undone later on. One of the best ways to be healthy is to make some swaps and build them into your life for the long term. The more you do, the better you'll feel - and you won't have to say 'no' to everything.

Hi Karen, U know what, I convinced my boyfriend to try this one with me, cause he thought this was way too easy and useless, @ the end he said that you're crazy lol, and he almost couldn't handle it. And he works out regularly, it's not like he's fat or out of shape or energy U know, thing is he works mostly cardio routines he's not that into muscle resistance training so.. XD

Hi again Kari, remember me from my comment on your Spinning class? So U did it again! This one's amazing too, I was doing mostly core workouts lately but thinking I should start doing more muscular resistance ones too & so looking for something easy & effective, not boring or complicated, full body & this one's does it all and plus U can really feel it working hard, not easy at all! You're wonderful!

I didn't do this workout but Im fond of Kari so just wanted to check who is it aimed at. if I am able bodied am I best to stick to more active classes or is this one that burns just as many calories as an upright class because the bands make you work harder?
