Bio:

Lesley has been a pillar in the Fitness Industry for identifying and then sourcing talented Presenters for the freestyle arena. Her conventions are attended by hundreds of people who travel up and down the country to get the latest dance, step or fitness advice.

As well as running her own business, Lesley teaches around 20 classes a week and is passionate that exercise can be something available to everyone. She is aware through her business of how fit one can be at the top of the tree; she is also completely in tune with real people, living real lives. Her ability to understand each person’s needs and cater for them make her a unique Presenter. To that end she has a huge following, which we are sure she will enjoy here with her online fitness videos at ThinQ Fitness.

Lesley believes that fitness can become a part of your life, through its connection with the teacher, and feels it is both a way of life and an escape from life, a chance to switch out of the daily routine and switch on a little bit of magic for you.

Join her in our blogs section to see how she deals with stress.

Lesley’s Tips:

  • Participate in a type of exercise you enjoy
  • Don’t let others intimidate or deter you from your fitness enjoyment or prevent you from taking part in any exercise
  • Remember that you must work for your rewards and always reward yourself for your work!!

Description

Lesley has been in with Katie to bring us another of the ThinQ Fitness High BMI workouts.

These classes are for those with a High Body Mass Index who would like something just a bit more thoughtful to workout too. These sessions are also great if you have completed Intro Fit and want to try work outs which are low active and slightly less strenuous. We know a lot of High BMI folks are pretty fit and actually this is a little more challenging than a beginner class so we have labelled it intermediate. Please be careful and sensible at all times and if in doubt about your own health, do check with your GP first.

I don't have high BMI, but I still very enjoyed this routine and got an excellent workout. This is a very thoughtful routine that goes by quickly, while being easy and fun to follow with the bonus of having a nice cardio effect.

Isabelle, a good place to start id the New To Fitness section in the videos sessions section of the site, you can go straight to it by clicking here. You will find some very good introductory classes for step and general aerobic workouts that don't have too much in the way of complicated steps. Lesley
