Bio:

Kari is a multi-talented and thorough Presenter. She was trained by top professionals in the industry while living in Canada.  We are delighted she now lives in the UK and shares some of her extensive knowledge with our members through her 14 years of experience.
 
Kari works full-time alongside her fitness classes, showing us how a passion can be taken to another level.  She believes that fitness adds years to your life and life to your years.

Kari teaches a variety of classes outside of the Spinning program including Boot Camp, Body Conditioning, Aqua Fit, Reformer Pilates & Athletic Yoga.  She is an avid off-piste downhill skier, sprint distance Triathlete & tennis player.


Kari’s Tips:

 

  • Drink lots of water.
  • Keep a positive outlook on life.
  • Do whatever you can to continually improve your quality of life (drink less, get more sleep, eat well, exercise more etc).

Description

Kari introduces us to the concept of 20-20-20 in this fitness workout video.

 

Now for those not au fait with this format of exercise class, you have 20 minutes of step cardio, 20 minutes of upright conditioning with weights and 20 minutes of conditioning with weights on the floor.

We know you love Kari and wont be disappointed with this great all over workout for fun fitness enthusiasts.
