Paul is a charismatic Presenter whose love of choreography has motivated him to want to create fun routines for all his participants from beginner’s right through to advanced. He furthers his own personal skill base by regularly attending Fitness Conventions so that his choreography is really fresh and new. He feels inspired when his effort and practice behind the scenes pays off and his packed classes are all performing one of his routines in sync.

As a Personal Trainer Paul is a dedicated professional who achieves success getting his clients to their goals. His business has gone from strength to strength over the last few years and Paul works from the premise that “a healthy body equals a healthy mind”.

 

Paul’s Tips:

 

Eat well – a good healthy nutritious diet
Sleep well – a good 8 hours sleep is the best way to rejuvenate the body
Exercise regularly – 3-4 hours exercise a week will help you maintain a good level of fitness

Paul, great workout. I loved the mix of upper body with squats and lunges. A lot of new exercises in upper body as well as abs that I haven't seen yet. Didn't feel like I was working hard, but definitely soaked with sweat by the end. Well done!

Hey Paul - I asked you about DVDs to buy to do at home in your class today and you told me about this....... BRILLIANT !!!!!!!!!!!!! and just what I wanted. I'll still be coming to class but I've got you in my kitchen over the children's lunchtime nap every day now. Plus have 'sent you' to all of my friends so they can have a go too. Thanks again
