Bio:

Paul is a charismatic Presenter whose love of choreography has motivated him to want to create fun routines for all his participants from beginner’s right through to advanced. He furthers his own personal skill base by regularly attending Fitness Conventions so that his choreography is really fresh and new. He feels inspired when his effort and practice behind the scenes pays off and his packed classes are all performing one of his routines in sync.

As a Personal Trainer Paul is a dedicated professional who achieves success getting his clients to their goals. His business has gone from strength to strength over the last few years and Paul works from the premise that “a healthy body equals a healthy mind”.

 

Paul’s Tips:

 

Eat well – a good healthy nutritious diet
Sleep well – a good 8 hours sleep is the best way to rejuvenate the body
Exercise regularly – 3-4 hours exercise a week will help you maintain a good level of fitness

He's a really good teacher. I like the way he guides you into the coreography. I find that all of his videos are great overall workouts. His routines are a little challenging but once you get into it, they are really great fun. Please, some more from him! Thank you.
