Hi there,

I love Lucy Case's Advanced Step/Circuits workouts, can we please have some more?

I am now at a good level of fitness and find I am not being challenged on a CV front. Any ideas?

Many thanks

Yes yes yes, its called ROM (range of motion) and the more you move it, the more you work, the more you work, the more you use energy and the more you use energy the fitter you become. Engage with that thing rattling around under your clothes (behave) cos it needs to work hard. LC

I have noticed that even an easy class one can make harder by lifting a heavier weight or just increasing how big the movements are. I have been quite lazy really but once I started getting fitter I noticed my body almost wanted to reach higher, wider, step stronger and so on and I have to say classes like Mel's step are excellent ways to really burn up a great sweat.

Its great to see so many people writing in and seeing how people like to work out. There are definitely different levels of trainer as i see it, some like to workout hard and push people mercilessly and others are much more gentle and pace the routines more sympathetically. It is important you chose the right trainer for you. I know lots of people hate being pushed too hard and I know and equal amount who will complain if not pushed hard enough. When selecting the class type you like, be careful to get the level right and the type of trainer you like to work with right. Sphinx Energy master

Why thank you Zoe, I will certainly be providing more workouts like this for the site. Meanwhile there is masses for you though, just go to the advanced conditioning sessions with Kari, Anna, Karen, Mel or Mila (have you got a rebounder?) and we hope you'll get your cv fix! Well done! Hi Zoe Glad you liked my class. Yes, we will be filming more Step n Sweat type workouts. Are there any other formats you enjoy? Have you tried Skip-Fit and Combat? Remember, you can always increase intensity levels yourself for most of our workouts, but I hear ewhat your saying, low choreography, high work load, will get on to it asap. :) Lucy Case FD
