Mix and Match - The short sessions

Hi, I'm really enjoying doing a number of the short sessions. I like the focus and flexibility it gives. Can we have some more? The only think I notices was you go into them a little too fast, so it would be good to get a 5-10 minute warm up video to kick this off.

short sessions are good, can you do some for weight lifting please as Id like to bulk up but want to rotate when I work out certain muscles. Any info on different types of training wld be good too . thx

I've had a go with these, and really liked the warm up to get going. It's a good way to get to know the trainer and see if you like their routines also. E

So glad you like the shorter work outs I will try and get a sepearate warm up video into the short sessions Sharon so you can mix n match your fitness. How about a 5-10 min cool down and stretch as well? Lucy Case
