Hello guys, Thank you for some great feedback for my classes, it is always so nice to get praise. Have you got an instructor at you local club which deserves praise and recognition? Well…..why not send their details into us here and let Lucy Case our Fitness Director have a chat to them? Who knows, you may get to see them here on the site in all their glory……

I would love to see Willie Chung doing something on here - he keeps you so entertained throughout the workout that you forget just how hard you're working.
