Flat Stomach Advice

Posted in General by Bianca Samoy

Hello,

One month I'm now working on the Introduction to Fitness with Lucy Case and I must say that I love doing most. I'd like to know if there are videos specifically for beginners to train the abdominal muscle group. I would like my flat stomach back.

Regards Bianca

Might i also offer a couple of tips? Remembering that diet is the number one factor in getting a flat stomach, some other exercises you might like to try out are stomach vacuums. You can do them anywhere and they only take 5 minutes. The idea is basically that you practise sucking in your stomach as far as you possibly can for 30 seconds and then relaxing again for a minute. Repeat this twice more. If you do this every day, you will notice a measurable difference in your stomach "Flatness" in no time. the point is that training your obliques and getting them used to being slightly flexed all the time will essentially hold your posture better and keep your tummy flatter.

Hi Bianca, Try Jessica Vasquez Cruz, Waist Workout or Gemma Osman, Abs Workout. Both of these are suitable for beginners. I would also suggest a beginners Pilates workout, great for learning correct technique and keeping the back flexible and strong which is also important. Good luck. Anna
