It's great we are into summer. I Like running around the Thames in London. As the temperature has got to 25 plus, it's hard work running.
Should we run in the heat, advice on how to manage running in the heat would be great.

Hi Fabio, I think the best way to start is with a beginners pilates class. These exercises are performed slowly and with great precision, the emphasis always being on working the muscles in the correct way. It is a good idea to consult a Physio first to make sure that there are no movements that should be avoided. Once some core strength and knowledge of the correct way to work the muscles, has been gained, progress on to some beginner level basic abdominal workouts such as the ones we have available on Thinq.
Hey Guys, was just wondering if someone woulnd't mind answereing these questions...
What is the best way to improve the strength of your core muscles after returning from a back injury?
Do you think a mat designed to maximise comfort yet also support your back would be a good solution to this problem? The mat would include straps for your feet and a hump which acts as a back rest located towards the rear of the mat...
Could you suggest any materials which can necessarily mould to your body or a material which is simply comfortable yet doesn't interfere with the exercising of your muscles...
Would be much appreciated if someone could answer these questions for me as soon as possible, Thank You :)
