Best advice for getting married.....

I am getting married in the summer and have about 10lbs to lose. Should I join a slimming club (and if so which one?) or should I just count calories at home. I eat ok so cant really think what else to do to change what I do at home. I dont exercise much, maybe 1-2 a week (on the site) and my job is quite inactive.

It depends on you. I'm personally motivated, so just set myself a challenge. If you need a help weight watchers or ask a friend to be part of your challenge can work. i think you should up the exercise to 4 x a week. Even if they are just half hour sessions. ThinQ Fitness can help with this. Eating, on smaller plates. I gave up sweet drinks plus alcohol and I found that made a huge difference, with little effort. Good luck. S
