Spring Is In The Air

Or is it just the effects of reading the article on bowels! heh heh, no really, it is easier to get up in the morning, easier to smile at people for no reason and easier to eat healthier as more fresh food is around and the urge for chips subsides a bit. So, common folks, lets get happy and share our top training tips for Spring with each other. PG x

Top Training Tips for Spring eh? Ok, here is one. Work out for 10 mins longer each day over a two week period and work out 5 times a week. great kick start.
