In video 6 we looked at how to record you body measurements (Body Matters), in video 7 we looked at how to record your exercise participation and response (Fitness Matters). In this article and video 8 we are looking at nutrition and some basic equipment that you may want to purchase (Food Matters).

Food Matters:
As the video states we are not after perfect nutrition, we are after a solution which works and allows you to get on with living your life. We call this Baseline Nutrition. We feel once you have stabilised, learnt a few basic tools to live by, got used to some basic exercise and feel comfortable and pleased with yourself at a day-to-day level, then when you have time and inclination you can learn more.
