Can you tell me why I can't see the videos?

There are two things to check if you are unable to see our videos or the videos don't seem to play correctly.

 

1) Ensure you have the latest version of flash loaded, and that is working within your browser. You can install the latest version of flash by clicking here.

We know that some versions of Flash 9 do not work.

 

2) Check the Video Preferences, which you can find in the My Account section of the site, and make sure the videos are running at low quality before selecting any other option. Your broadband, unfortunately, is a shared system, and so you may find you get better performance at different times of the day.

 

If you are still having trouble please run the tests here and send us the output via the contact page so we can identify how we can get you working.

Can you tell me why the video keeps stopping and starting?

Unfortunately broadband is a shared system. That means if lots of your neighbours are on at the same time your broadband is slower. This is often most noticeable in the early evening when everyone comes home.

 

If you are having this problem, then go to My Account Video Preferences and check your quality setting, low works best on slow connections, and use the high buffer setting. This will store up some video before the video starts to play, and this should make the overall experience far better.

Can't access the videos you've bought?

During the registration process the system will automatically log you in, if for any reason you have been logged out, you will need to login again to access the videos you purchase or your full membership. You also need to be logged in to pay for videos, membership or items from the shop.

 

You should have received an email from us when you registered with your temporary password. If you haven't seen that email, check your spam folder in your email programme.

 

If you still can't find it select Forgot Login at the top rights of the site screen and request a new password.

 

If after all of this you still can't login or access your videos, let us know via the contact form and we'll endeavor to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.

Do I have to use Paypal?

For your safety we use Paypal to process payments, but you do not have to register with Paypal to be able to purchase items.

 

You will see as you go through the paypal checkout process that there is an option to create an account with the information you enter, but you don't have to.

 

If you'd like us to help with payments, give us a call, we can process your payments for membership and shop items over the phone.

How do I watch the higher quality videos?

In the My Account section of the site you will find a video preferences tab. click on that and select your default viewing preference.

 

You will need to see at least the following throughput on your broadband for each level of quality.

 

Low - Download speed 374kbps

Med - Download speed 768kbps

High - Download speed 1024kbps

 

As most broadband is a shared bandwidth system you may see different speeds at different times of the day.

How much does delivery cost?

We use Parcelforce 48 hour to deliver orders where total weight of the ordered products add up to 20kg. You will see the delivery charge on checkout, based on the items in your basket, and you can cancel your order at this stage before proceeding to payment.

 

For orders where the weight of all products ordered add up to greater than 20kg we reserve the right to evaluate delivery costs. If your order is likely to be greater than 20kg in weight please contact us first.

 

Orders over £60 in value are delivered free in the United Kingdom.

 

For orders up to 1kg in weight the delivery charge is £3.

For orders up to 10kg in weight the delivery charge is £5.

For orders up to 20kg in weight the delivery charge is £10.

 

For all EU countries delivery charges are three times that shown, for the rest of the world please contact us first

Once you have worked your way through our free videos, you may then want to move onto the other longer videos, or other videos in a series.

 

You now have two options

 

1) Rent a video - This allows you to purchase a single video at a low cost, and this give you access to that video for a full calendar month. Your rental then expires and you would need to rent that video again if you wanted to continue to use it.

 

Short Videos - £0.49

Medium Videos - £0.99

Long Videos - £1.49

 

2) Pay for a membership option - This gives you unlimited access to the site and all of the videos. Found in the My Account section, you can subscribe to the site for the period you feel best suits you.

 

1 month - £4.99

3 months - £12.99

6 months - £23.99

12 month - £44.99

 

The payment is recurring, so you don't have to remember to keep your subscription going. However, if you would like to cancel the subscription, the option to cancel is in Membership Options in My Account. You can also cancel the subscription from within your paypal account.

This section provides toning classes to help get all those wobbly bits under control. We offer fun aerobics, step n tone, right through to the all popular Legs, Tums and Bums. Our superb Intro-Fit will help all our new comers achieve entry-level fitness to our main-stream classes. All levels catered for.

 

Sport:

This section provides more sporty based work outs ranging from fun combat styled work-outs through to bike-fit and weight-pumping sessions. All levels catered for.

 

Dance:

Our dance section is a lot of fun; please join us for Irish-dancing, belly dancing, street dancing and so much more. All will give you a good work-out and teach you some great new moves. All levels catered for.

Breathe:

 

To balance out all the stresses of life and allow the body some recovery time, why not enjoy a stretch and relaxation class? This, our gentler section, allows you a chance to take a breather and try some more holistic exercise formats such as, Pilates, Tai Chi and Yoga

 

Health:

This section caters for those folks who may have minor health issues. We offer a range of fun sessions for those clients who need to be extra careful about putting to much strain on the body. We have our Hi BMI for our larger clients, plus sit-fit for those who wish to remain seated. Please check the suitability of these exercises with your GP before starting.

 

Gym:

This section provides work outs and instructional tips for gym (equipment) users. Our fantastic Intro-Gym will take new-comers through equipment usage and entry-level fitness to our mainstream work-outs. Theses work-outs can be used at home or down- loaded on to your iPod or media player, for use at your local gym.

What are the rules for Facebook competitions

Just have a look at our rating levels below. This should help you choose the appropriate type of work-out for yourself.

 

Complete Beginner: We offer Intro-Fit and Intro-Gym which covers all basic moves and also builds a person up from zero fitness to entry level fitness for our classes and gym work-outs.

Beginner: General level of fitness/knows some moves/can work-out ok to a sweat and sustains it for 15-25 mins.

Intermediate: Intermediate participants can work out to a sweat for 20-40 mins, do multiple reps, has a bit more skill of equipment/choreography.

Advanced: Can work out at quite an intense level for 25-55 mins and enjoys the challenge of intense over loading or complicated choreography.

We want to provide you with the best experience when working out to our videos. We like the fact you know the music we use, and as you can see some of our presenters can't help but sing along and we'd like you to do the same. However, that means we have to adhere to some rules about how we make that music available as part of our videos, and so at the moment no downloads.

 

We want to continue to develop the way you can access the videos on the site and we plan to offer the ability to have more access as we develop our offering.

Why do you use music from Power Music?

Since 1987, Power Music has been the world's #1 source of music for fitness professionals. They have a massive music library, and a talented team of music producers focused on delivering music for the fitness industry.

 

32 count phrasing, a term that this is now synonymous with group exercise music, was created by one of the Power Music producers, and it is this 32 count phrasing that makes the music fit the exercise classes so well. Normal commercial music isn't mixed in this way, and it makes any choreographed moves difficult to perform.

 

The site shows the tracks used, and then links to the nearest commercially available version, however they will not be identical as explained above. For fitness professionals they can gain access to the power music catalogue for their classes from the power music web site and distributors.
