Last week Karen Mason jetted off to the States to compete in World Finals of The WNBF (World Natural Bodybuilding Association) held in New York. The WNBF is an invitee only federation open to those athletes that have achieved over all winner status in either an American State competition or if out side the USA a country overall title. Karen Mason has won the overall TITLE in the UK, giving her the opportunity to compete in this competition.
Karen has been in earnest training for this event for a few months and as you can see from her Cardio2Go and Wieghts2Go up on the site she is in awesome form. However, the diet of chicken has been tough and a slap up meal has been promised to Karen upon her return.
Last year Karen managed to obtain 6th place and last Saturday, 14th November 2009, she achieved 9th place which is fantastic.
